Hockey Hall of Fame honoured member Norm Ullman will sign autographs in January at the Toronto Card Show. Ullman will be a guest at the show’s first of 12 dates in the 2014 calendar year.
It was, after all, just last month that the Toronto Card Show announced its doors would re-open at the refurbished Leaside Gardens in the North York on Dec. 8, 2013. In the coming year, there will 12 monthly shows from Jan. 12 to Dec. 14 (please check out The Want List’s calendar).
Ullman was the NHL’s top goal scorer and a First Team All-Star in 1964-65. That season, he finished as a runner up in voting for the Hart Trophy behind Bobby Hull. After more than a decade with the Detroit Red Wings, he spent the second part of his NHL career with the Toronto Maple Leafs before playing two final seasons in the World Hockey Association with the Edmonton Oilers.
