Signings: Toronto trio at the Expo

Maple LeafsToronto Maple Leafs’ alumni Larry Jeffrey, Bob Pulford and Pete Stemkowski will all be present this Friday Nov. 13 at the Sportcard & Memorabilia Expo in Mississauga, ON. The vintage trio will sign autographs on the first of three nights of this year’s big show. Also signing this weekend are Bill Gadsby, Gordie Howe, Vic Howe, Parker MacDonald (Saturday), Pierre Larouche and Mario Lemieux (Sunday).

Jeffrey, Pulford and Stemkowski were all members of the Maple Leafs’ 1967 Stanley Cup championship, the last by the storied Toronto franchise. Stemkowski, 66, holds the distinction of assisting on Jim Pappin’s series-winning goal in game six of the 1967 Stanley Cup final. Jeffrey, 69, was one of three players that won the 1967 Stanley Cup a year after winning the 1966 Calder Cup with the Rochester Americans (along with Pappin and Brian Conacher).

Pulford, 73, won four Stanley Cup championships with the Maple Leafs in the 1960s (1962, 1963, 1964 and 1967). He is an honoured member of the Hockey Hall of Fame.

The Sportcard & Memorabilia Expo takes place Nov. 13-15 at the Toronto International Centre in Mississauga, ON. Show hours are Friday 1-10pm, Saturday 10am-6pm, and Sunday 10am-6pm.
