The Upper Deck Company has released the 10th edition of Upper Deck Artifacts hockey cards, launched in conjunction with the start of the new 2014-15 NHL season. The series promises one signature and three memorabilia cards in every 10-pack box.

The promise is the same as it has been in recent years, “more low numbered autographed and game-used hits than ever!”

Upper Deck Artifacts is the fourth 2014-15 NHL series released by the Upper Deck Company this year, following up on the release of Upper Deck MVP, O-Pee-Chee and Fleer Ultra in August and September.

As it does every year, Upper Deck Artifacts features both in-pack rookie cards (players that debuted in the second half of last season) and to-be-redeemed rookie cards (for players that have yet to make their NHL debut). The “Auto Rookie” redemption cards are limited to just 99 copies each.

Upper Deck Artifacts is sold in four-card packs, with 10 packs to a box and 16 boxes to a case. A typical 10-pack box includes one signature card (autograph or autograph/memorabilia), one multi-player memorabilia card, two single-player memorabilia cards, one rookie redemption card, one rare numbered parallel card, and four more numbered cards (either subsets/999 or Ruby/499).
