NHLPost Cereal and the Canadian Hockey League have teamed up for a second year in a row to produce a series of hockey cards. This year’s set is promoted through family-size cereal boxes of Honeycomb, Sugar-Crisp, Shreddies, Honey Shreddies and Alpha-Bits.

At the heart of the promotion is the 24-card 2013-14 Post hockey set, which is actually collected via six sets of four cards. Fans will find the necessary details on specially-marked Post Cereal boxes.

“Hockey fans of all ages can’t get enough of our collectible series of junior hockey stars,” said Jennifer Dumoulin, Director of Marketing, Post Foods Canada. “We’re thrilled to continue this great partnership with the CHL and its three leagues to showcase our game’s top prospects.”

“The CHL is excited to continue its partnership with Post Foods,” said David Branch, CHL President. “Like Post Foods family of cereals, CHL teams are an integral part of Canadian communities and we look forward to showcasing student athletes and rising stars of the CHL to fans across the country again this season.”

As part of the promotion, there are also six collectible cereal boxes, each featuring a different CHL star. The six featured players are Laurent Dauphin (Shreddies), Hunter Shinkaruk (Honeycomb), Connor McDavid (Honeycomb), Sean Monahan (Alpha-Bits), Josh Morrissey (Honey Shreddies) and Frédérik Gauthier(Sugar-Crisp).
