Flames game-worn jersey auction
Collectors have up until Apr. 15 to bid on 42 different game-worn jerseys in the latest The MeiGray Group auction. The auction features the 2009-10 Calgary Flames Vintage Set of game-worn jerseys. The jerseys were worn for five different games during the 2009-10 season.
Each RBK Airknit jersey is a replicate of the Calgary style worn during the 1980-81 season, Calgary’s first after moving from Atlanta. That same style was actually worn for 14 years from 1980-81 through 1993-94, including the Stanley Cup championship year in 1988-89. Each jersey features the Flames’ “30th Anniversary” patch on the right breast.
