Hockey Hall of Fame honoured member Dickie Moore will sign autographs at the upcoming Fall 2014 Sportcard & Memorabilia Expo. Moore is one of a half a dozen stars highlighted on the cover of the show program.
Other autograph guests for the upcoming show are Esa Tikkanen, Larry Murphy, Rod Langway, Bill McCreary and Rod Seiling. The program also noted that “more autograph guests” will be announced.
Moore, 83, is a six-time Stanley Cup champion, having won titles with the Montréal Canadiens in 1953, 1956, 1957, 1958, 1959 and 1960. In 1958-59, he set the league’s single-season scoring record with 96 points.
A two-time Art Ross Trophy winner during the Canadiens’ magical five-year Stanley Cup run, he became an honoured member of the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1974. More than 20 years later in 1997, he was voted the 31st best NHL player of all time in a poll by The Hockey News.
