Hockey Hall of Fame honoured member Johnny Bower will sign autographs at the upcoming Spring 2015 Sportcard & Memorabilia Expo. Bower is the latest retired star confirmed for the upcoming three-day hockey memorabilia weekend.
Bower was a three-time winner of the J.P. Bickell Cup as the Maple Leafs’ most valuable player. He won four Stanley Cup rings in the 1960s, three straight from 1962 to 1964 and then another in 1967 (which is also the last Maple Leafs Stanley Cup victory to date).
After his retirement, Bower became an honoured member of the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1976. He is also an honoured member of the Saskatchewan Sports Hall of Fame, the Prince Albert Sports Hall of Fame, the Etobicoke Sports Hall of Fame, and the Ontario Legends Sports Hall of Fame. In 2007, he had his star added to Canada’s Walk of Fame.
So far, Bower, Paul Coffey, Dale Hawerchuk and Frank Mahovlich are among the confirmed autograph signers for the upcoming Spring 2015 Expo.
