The Albany River Rats have announced the promotional schedule for their 2012-13 American Hockey League season. The home promo schedule kicks off on Oct. 13 (free magnets) and concludes on Apr. 21 (Fan Appreciation Night).

The 2012-13 season will feature three Bobblehead (Saturday) Nights: Jan. 26, Mar. 9 and Apr. 21 (with players yet to be announced). There will be 2,000 free bobbleheads distributed on each promotional night.

Other free gifts are magnet schedules (Oct. 13), t-shirts (several nights), winter hats (Dec. 28), team posters (Mar. 10), and backpacks (Apr. 21).
