NHLPanini America has previewed the 2012-13 edition of Certified hockey cards. The new edition, scheduled for release in November 2012, promises four hits (memorabilia and/or signature cards) in every hobby box.

Wrote Tracy Hackler on the Panini America blog, “The myriad refinements should be well received by those passionate hockey collectors patiently waiting for the third Certified release in Panini America’s NHL history.”

Certified had been Panini America’s first release in each of the past two hockey seasons, but this year it moves back to second in the hockey rotation. The new order has been well received by the hobby, with the less-expensive / more-extensive Score released in the NHL pre-season (August) and the premium / multi-hit Certified released in what would have been the second month of the NHL season (November).
