The Want List is an online hockey collecting news site published via theWantList.ca. The hobby site features popular collecting themes such as autographs, game-used memorabilia and picture cards from the professional and international ranks down to the junior circuits. The Want List also provides a voice and serves as a resource centre for the hockey collecting community.

The Vintage Collector’s Almanac & Price Guide is an all-in-one hockey collector’s price guide that features everything and anything from hockey cards, stickers and bobbles to autographs, game-used jerseys and sticks. The Hockey Rookie Card Checklist is a complete checklist of hockey rookie cards. The first edition was published in 1992 while the latest edition was published in 2016 (updated through all 2014-15 hockey card sets). This latest print edition was published by Blurb.
Past Publishing Projects

Originally written by Charlton Press, Charlton Hockey Cards was first re-written and published by Trajan Publishing in 1997. Three years later, the Up North Productions database and new price guide formula were used to re-write both the monthly Canadian Sports Collector price guide and the annual Charlton Hockey Cards price guide (which were one and the same through to the last “Charlton” price guide published in 2006).
Written by Richard Scott and published by Trajan Publishing, two editions of The Wayne Gretzky Checklist & Price Guide were published in 1998 and 1999.
Published by Up North Productions, the original, self-published Up North “magazine” was published from 1991-92 to 1993-94. Early “checklist” editions included The Hockey Rookie Card Checklist and The Maple Leafs Collector’s Checklist (both of which were first published in 1992).
